Ecigs excluded from in car smoking ban

At least the people of Scotland are seeing sense with regard to not including vaping in the bill that bans people from smoking in cars with children. When will the rest of the world get the point that you cannot be harmed by 'passive vaping'!

The same applies here. There is a line in the legislation specifically exempting vaping.
