evod tasteless should I rewick?

I wouldn't recommend dry burning personally, I did it once on a Protank head and burned the insulating grommet, I can't explain just how bad that tastes. I rebuild my coils and wicks as soon as flavour or vapour drop off. I know some people remove the flavour wick from the head, surprisingly to make it wick better, you could give that a try. If you do try that, have a look at your coil, if its black and gunked up it will need changing IMO, it's up to you if you want to try dry burning just don't pulse it for too long.

I sorted my protank heads the other night, there the same in the evods aren't they?

I took out the wicks that came with it, dry burned the coil and added some cotton wool through the coil.

Tastes amazing and plenty of vapour, I did it too all my Langer heads!

Yes they are. The thing is you shouldn't have to do this. When I buy something I expect it to work out of the box. That is why I stopped using evods.

Mate in my experience the evod is very poor. I've found myself they offer no taste. If your using a heavy VG juice try removing one of the flavour wicks. YouTube will show you how to do this.

I'd recommend you buy some iclear 16's instead. They are much better.

I just went to order some of the I clear 16's and there were 16's and 16b's is one Berger than the other or will either do?

The b is a bottom coil. I personally prefer the top coil. What setup are you using?

At the moment I have the batteries that came with my evod and pro tank mini and an evod twist vv.

I have been looking at the MVP v2, would I be better off getting this now and some iclears to go on it? I was going to wait a while before I bought it but could do it now if it will short of the flavour issue.

I will have a go with the cotton wool while I wait as the evod who still be back ups if I do upgrade.

The iclear 16b is very much the same as the evod. I'd just get the 16.
