Excessive Vaping ?

I guess I may be Vaping 30ml per day of 6mg juice, not really sure about the strength.
(its good juice, not overpriced and the juice is packaged letterbox freindly)
My supplier https://www.electronic-cigarettes-ecig.co.uk/ sends me a 120ml juice and 4 10ml shot bottles
of Nic, which he claims makes 6mg juice.
Could someone please check out the site for me and read it or go through the ordering process.
Am I reading it all right ?

Adding four 10ml 18mg nic shots to 80ml of juice gives a nic strength of 6mg and 120ml.

I think of it like this

You start with

40ml of 18mg
40ml of 0mg
40ml of 0mg

so

mixed together you get a dilution of

40ml of 6mg
40ml of 6mg
40ml of 6mg

because 3x6 is 18. 3 lots of 6mg takes you back to the 18 you started with.

If you only had 1 nic shot

10ml of 18mg
10ml of 0mg
10ml of 0mg

you could make 30ml of 6mg

once you understand that, you'll know that any 6mg liquid you make from 18mg shots has to be a multiple of 30ml. 4x30 is 120... so 4 nic shots make 120ml.

5 nicshots will make 150ml 6mg

2 nicshots will make 60ml 6mg

etc etc....

That's probably as clear as mud but that's how my brain works, I'm not very good at maths so I have to beak it down into chunks I can understand first.

Answering my own question I would say it sounds a bit tame.
Before the government stepped in (2010) there were no mg limits,
and it was possible to get 25 to 30mg and above, you had to be carefull
back then, some mg juice would make your head spin and feel dizzy and sick.
Like your first cigarette perhaps.

I gave up a 30+ year smoking habit, vaping about 10ml of 12mg a day.

I vape around 6-8ml a day now, but I presume you are vaping DTL to get through 30ml? If so then maybe most of it it just floating around in the big cloud and you aren't even absorbing it?

Vape what you need to get through the day.... I expect a lot of people think my 8 or so cups of tea a day is excessive.

Yes 30ml of 6mg a day. I was not always a constant Vaper, am now tho.
I once Vaped 12mg and above and Vaped less. However all the Vapes at 12mg
became unsuitable with new legislation, high VG or high price and wrong flavours etc.
I was a manual worker when I worked so just keeping my hands busy maybe.
Am MTL Vaper but not very serious, mostly just clouds.

If that's what you need, it's never excessive. I use around that amount daily but I'm on 3mg. If you feel you can drop the NIC down try it. If not, as long as you aren't feeling ill then fill your boots
