it seems to have finally happened

still confused about maaaaaany things, but soldiering on and badgering people on here and buying things, such pretty things

had a fag on Friday afternoon, had no time for one Saturday morning, then no time Saturday afternoon, and since taking up this hobby i dont smoke at night... only vape

its now Sunday night, and same again

im not saying never again, but this really seems to be working

from 20 a day, to 10 a day, to 5 a day, to.... (i dont even want to say it)

am off for a glass of wine and a nice vape

I have cut down considerably in just one week, but so far today is my best day - only 1 roll up so far. A friend popped round today who had just put out a cig and I could actually smell it. My only problem is that I have seemed to have picked up a Juice addiction with all these xmas sales going on! I'm still not picking up much of a taste but I think there is more to the technique of vaping than I realised. I'm learning to draw slower, and to exhale through my nose more to try and stimulate my senses.

I can can cuddle my kids, without worrying about toxic fumes on my clothes.
