On my last order, the singpost tracking has been worse than on either of the previous ones. On most occasions, the tracking tool online has been down. I downloaded the app in the hope it would be more accurate, but that's the same.
FT dispatched it to singpost on 29th Sept. I forget when they acknowledged it (that always takes a few days), but they claim to have put it on a plane on 8th Oct. Still no further updates and no package (the split part of the order was dispatched 9th Oct - at this rate it's going to overtake it's earlier partner).
I do wish the update to "arrived in GB" was more accurately timed, as this tends not to update until after I've received them.
