Few questions for the genesis gurus!

Seedy would if I had one! :) The extent of my tool drawer is a plasterers trowel, skrimmer, shed loads of screw drivers, and some stanley knives haha.

You've got to drill the airhole out mate to at least 1.5mm. Its no wonder your burning up, there's no air getting to the coil. You'd better nip round the neighbours. :-)

Sent from somewhere in Kent.

Run about 3 tanks of juice through the coil and it is wicking a little better, but still runs dry quite frequently, but found something interesting today while filling it..

I forgot to replace the fill hole screw after refilling the tank, and the bloody thing is working better then ever, other then leaking if I let the atty rest on its side/upside down, any other risks involved with leaving the screw out full time?

None,I asked the same question about leaving filler bung in/out.

Had a feeling that was the case, but always good to confirm suspicions! Hopefully my mum will be bringing around her partners drill this weekend when she visits so I can widen the airholes in my YODA and mini-DID clone. Both vape great now but a tad tight on the draw for my liking! =p

So glad I got the DID clone though, tons of vapor(more then I've ever had off a dripper with silica wicks) and while the taste is muted compared to a dripper it's not as severe as I had imagined! Totally worth the aggro spending some cash to buy the DID clone and a sheet of 400 mesh has brought on from the missus haha.

I lost my filler screw with in minutes of getting my first gennie and it worked so much better so I never replaced it. It's all about the air flow. Did you make a solid wick or a tube? I find that tube ones also seem to wick better for some reason.

It came with a mesh tube in place :) Got some more mesh the other day so I'll be able to replace it when needed.
