First quad build?

Hi guys had the Zepher v2 clone from FT just sat in my draw for a while because when I bought it I never really liked the size! Really enjoy building RDAs and wanted to try my first quad coil so got out the Zepher and got steam engine up.. Went for a quad 28awg wrapped around a 3mm bit 8/7 wraps came out 0.4ohm on the dot! Vapes like a champ at 50watts

Only problem is that it looks a mess! I know it's my first attempt but would love some advice on how to keep coils nice and tight?

Do you mean quad parallel?

Le Zephyr is my new favourite. But I'm finding the coiling rod less easy to use than the screwdrivers I normally do. I'm also finding that I need to use 26g wire so that the coil has some structural integrity. I found 28 flaps around too much. It's a big old coil - 3.7mm

If you haven't got a coiler yet, I highly recommend one of these http://www.smokepurer.com/youde-ud-coil-jig-v3/

Best £7 i've spent, and the core bits helps keep the coil in shape when installing it into your RDA/RTA deck.

I built a quad in my Buddha which is okay but it's thirsty!



Runs sweet at around 55w

Quad serial/parallel verts in the Aromamizer RDTA ... I also put normal horizontal quads on the Supreme deck at Vaper Expo, 3.0mm ID 26g ... because they're easy!! LOL!!
