Germany to hold vote on mandatory Covid vaccinations

Specific freedoms, like the right to refuse being injected with pharmaceutical products, 3 times in less than a year?

but how is the right to go outside and hang about, or the right to open your business, not a specific freedom?

I was under the impression it was against international law ! Operation or treatment without consent.

it’s not, it happens to people with mental health problems, dementia and suchlike for example. international law often has caveats.

Then how would loony bins operate?
Don't they have to be sectioned first. Legally.
When I was made power of attorney for my aunt. Loads of legal paperwork had to be done and my aunt had to sign it while she was still compos mentis for later in life when/if she got dementia.
When my dad fell ill with dementia it was too late because he couldn't sign it. We had to apply through court for a specific document (can't remember it's name) . It was going to take month's to get. Unfortunately he died before it went through.

i’m not really sure what to think about it. it seems that it will be horribly divisive and cause a lot of trouble. but also i know that in greece at least there is a massive problem with refusers. no idea about germany.

aye, but this would also be done legally. through the parliament, i would presume.

in greece certain vaccines for kids are already mandatory, but they’ve never enforced it. australia as well, i think.

aye there will def be civil unrest. a revolution of anti vax conspiracy theorists won’t get very far though. :D
I've had 2 jabs and having the booster tomorrow but I may join in with the revolution [emoji23]
It's just not right IMO.

Just because Parliament want it doesn't mean a judge will except it though.
