Great. Hope you are like most of us and enjoy. I had a drag of my sons cig last week, well actually not even a drag put it to me lips and the smell totally put me off. It's pure vaping for me now never going back the cigs------- fingers crossed :-) good luck!
I 'duelled' for the first 3 or 4 months gradually managing to cut out all but 3 - first thing, lunchtime, and last thing. Over the next couple of months I just stopped the lunchtime and last thing smokes without really trying, but really struggled with the first thing one. It was almost a year before I totally kicked that one (last one was on my Birthday in April last year) and I haven't touched one, or felt the urge for one, since.
During that time prior to April 2013 I did adopt the approach that if I REALLY wanted one I would have one - I would put it off and put it off and often the urge went away for days if not weeks. But if the urge stayed I had one and just put it down to one of those things - there's no greater draw than denial......so if you really feel the need have one, its no biggy and you will find that over time the urge will disappear altogether.
As said previously, it's the ones you don't have that are important.
