Glad yo hear you are ptotected bud, hopefully no side affects & im the same as you with flu jab, last time i had it fooked me up for 3 months so no chance..

Update on my booster jab i had yesterday the only after affects i have had is a headache in the evening took a couple of paras but soon went unconfutable night sleeping due to sore arm where i had the jab still a bit sore and arm feels a bit heavy other than that i feel fine

Wife had a text the other day saying she is immunosuppressive and has got to have another Covid-19 jab, she’s already had the two plus a booster. So today she had a COVID and a flu jab then in six months she’s got to have a booster.

just re read this again and a ikkle confused.
are you saying your wife has now had 2 jabs + the booster (so 3 jabs) and then another covid jab with the flu jab.
if so something is wrong here.
we all had our first ever covid jab around january 2021
then the second jab roughly 3-4 months later
then the booster within the last month which is 6 months after the second jab.
there has been no mention of any further jabs as of yet for next year (but im guessing it will happen if we dont get numbers down).
when did your wife have the previous booster? could you jot down the rough dates for me of all her jabs.
also did she receive the letter i posted above.

jab 1 31/1/21
jab 2 28/4/21
flu 15/10/21
booster jab 3 18/10/21

A quick search reveals a subtle difference between a third vaccine dose (for whatever reason) and a booster shot.
There's an article in an edition of The Sun but I ain't posting that.

thanks mate. the way i read it she had had one extra jab DOH! glad thats cleared up.
im the same imuno supressed. even though i get the jabs they only last 3 weeks for me and then are washed out of my system as im on anti tnf infusion which kills my imune system. so lockdown for me will never end

The vaccine/booster ingredients are probably the same but the reasons for the procedure would class it as a third vaccine or a booster.
I assume booster mainly refers to the extra boost being pushed out to the general population.
Anyway, I think you're more an expert than me. When I get my booster I will have forgotten what it's for by the following day.
