The 32650 mod, all I need to do is pick up my timber from my dads, yes I'll be showing how much I suck at woodwork lol, it'll be quite a gripper, I'm seeing holding it like a tankard, but since 6a is only 1c for those cells, I should be able to get a couple of nights out of a charge. Bare in mind a d cellis a 32600 qnd you'll have an idea of the size of the damned thing.

Lights wise, I tend to build little edc sized lights, I did however build the first mtg2 torch in england to my knowledge, a d cell led maglite puts out 120 lumens, thats doing about 2500 lumens, not bad for dog walking and checking bumps in the night lol

Oops...mawsley sorry, yes I can illuminate said meps......from said distance, if you want further, I'm going to have to get busy in a cold dank garage and seriously torture some emitters, going much over 1k really means hid territory, doable but pretty damned fragile.

Ok, so the title covers the who I am.

I'm based in wigan (honorary pie eater, I moved here lol) and I found my way here through the wonders of google.

I moderate on a couple of forums, the first being a torch forum (yes, such a thing does exist, a 46 led shower head from tesco is not the be all and end all of hand held illumination devices). The world of torches gave me a good selection of 18650 and bigger cells, and fed my compulsion to bugger about with stuff (you can see where this may lead to vaping for a smoker cant you?) Quite a few of us were curious about vaping, wanting to give up the stinkies but given our love of attacking the night with rediculously bright photon cannons, , we're a bit shy, so, we formed up our own vaping forum, giving our fellow flashaholics somewhere to meet familiar user names and take the necessary baby steps into the vaping world.

So fast forward a few months, lots of reading, lots of figuring things out, lots of youtube and I've got a few mech mods, both clones and a roller (I blame todd for that) a vamo and I'm embarking on my first build over Christmas, a dna20 powered by a 32650 cell built up out of mahogany and brass.

Your probably wondering "if your a mod elsewhere why are you here?" Well, mods like somewhere to kick back and relax and this place seems dammed friendly, so here I am.
