All suggestions/advice would be heartily welcome, as there are lots of options out there.

There are a plethora of DIY eliquid making starter kits online, I am looking for advice on the best ones available. Maybe from someone who's purchased one (or more) previously.

As I've stated (and doing some research), it seems to be a sensible option given the price of premium juices.

(Thanks for the reply btw)

Same as most things, starter kits are over priced and bulked out with unnecessary stuff. Check out this recent guide from Horrand

Thank you, so much! Exactly what I was looking for. Not a kit per se, but the necessary equipment to get started. While convenient, kits (as you say) usually contain things you may only use once, after finding out you don't need it.

Concerning Nicotine: I currently buy my juices from a local (ecigs UK) vendor, and usually buy them in 100ml bottles. To which I add two 18mg (1.8?) Nic. Could I mix up a 100ml bottle of juice and then add the Nic, or does it need to be introduced during the mixing stage?

When you first start it's always worth only mixing a 10ml bottle first to see what it's like. If kak I'd rather bin 10ml than 100ml.
I've done around 40-60 10ml now and most are vapable but still kak to what I'm used to buying.
I would say try zero mixes first to get a hang of mixing so that's one less ingredient needed.
I put nic in when I mix the concentrates.
Check post 6 of my recommended suppliers list stuck at the top in the new users section. Plenty of info and suppliers on there as well.

Your list is very comprehensive, as such it will take me some time to research the full list. In the meantime, thank you for your reply. It sounds like very good advice.

You'd be better factoring in the nic when you mix so that the flavour's not diluted. The 100ml ones you buy are usually overflavoured to account for adding nicotine.

Use the calculator on here in the mixology section, it's pretty easy to understand.

I knew it would be wise starting my search for mixing wisdom on here, and you've proved me correct. Thank you.
