help with evod's please guys?

I bought two Evod's from Empvap and 2 from myepack the ones from Empvap are fine but the 2 from myepack won't fire on either my zmax or my mvp2 on zmax it says 9.9ohms upon closer inspection the writing on the heads is different and the heads themselves are different sizes the two from myepack have longer protruding bottom pins so I dunno if 2 aren't genuine or what help please guys.

Only wanted to add that I know @myepack buys his Evods from Kanger, so they are genuine, can't comment on the other vendor as I have no idea if he goes to Kanger or not. Best solution is to email myepack if his evods are not firing who I am sure will want to resolve the issue. May be a couple of duff coils inside which occasionally happends

Can confirm Evods from myepack are genuine Kanger. Have found that, on shipping, the coil heads do tend to be loose in the base and tightening them down usually solves firing problems.
Would also add that I used a friends evod on my mvp2 and it pushed the battery center pin down too far for my evod to work afterwards and I had to lift the battery pin with a small screwdriver .

Probably duff heads like u say but upon researching more I now think the myepack ones have evod heads and the others have protank heads with the longer top post

That's what I'm saying the top post on evod heads is supposed to be short like the ones I got from myepack but they don't work the others I bought seem to have protank heads in and work fine,didn't know any better at the time but I've looked it all up now so I don't have any spare heads
