Okay listen im going to go crazy hahaha, I thought I was finally able to make my own coils but now I have the single coil wasp nano, i've tried 8 wraps, .7 ohms? 4 wraps, .8 ohms, 6 wraps which is what i usually do .6 ohms? I want a .2- .25 ohm vape but Nothing i seem to be doing is getting me there idk what im doing wrong, its 24gauge Kanthal A1 wire

Hi @Zited, using 24g kanthal to get 0.2ohms on a single build will be difficult. To get approx 5 or 6 wraps using that wire is going to give you around a 0.4 or 0.5 ohm coil.

See I thought My old wire that I was using was 24g kanthal but i quickly found out its clearly not this wire seems too be thicker but the 24g is so much skinnier, so what would I need for .2 ohm

Stainless steel will give you a lower resistance, about .3ohm using 24g at around 5/6 wraps or if you want to use Kanthal wire you would need to use a thicker guage wire, 22 or 20g.

Ni80 - 22awg or SS316L - 24awg both at 5 wraps will give you around 0.25ohm. Although personally I'd be looking around 0.35ohm as the Wasp can get hot without a drip tip added.

I just like to vape at around 60w or so and i was told to get .25 for that, idk
