Another recent quite, just one month ago, I served an eviction notice on the cancers sticks.....and i'm feeling grrrreeeeaaaattt!!

My sister popped by the other day, she still smokes (and alas has no desire to switch to vaping, despite my best efforts)...the stench of ciggy smoke is more than enough convincer to saty off the darn things...I almost retched! Funny how I never noticed this when I was smoking!

I guess the saying is true then, that ex smokers really are the worse folks to be smoking around!

Good luck with the new website...I definitely don't need any further education..i'm done with smoking!
