Hello! Im very new to the whole vape experience. I finally purchased a starter kit from a local smoke shop. I believe is a "ego" 510 type...
I'm hoping that I'll gain some more knowledge by roaming the boats here and be able to completely stop smoking...I had purchased a starter kit kat year and it seemed to work wonders but I'm not sure if this time is different but it seems like I can't completely kick the cig habit =/ any advice or if you could share some tips or personal experiences would be highly appreciated!
Yesterday I went to a local vape store and purchased a disposable clearomizer and some new e juice in "RazzBull" in 12mg because I'mnot surehow many "puffs" to puff in sequenceand didn'twant toget lightheaded or sick... how do you draw and how often do you vape in let's say 5-10 minutes?

It seems to be really good but still smoking occasionally =(

My main questions are

How often do you"hit" your vape?
Do you use it just like a cig? More or less?
How offten are you using the ecig?
Can you hit it too much?
How long does it take to quit smoking completely?
What products do you recommend for a noob like me?
Is there a guide to beginner? That way I can learn parts and etc.?

I smoke about half a pack a day (lights) and want to be able to use my ego very offten so what nic level would anyone recommend?

Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry for all the questions but I just really want to make sure I know as much as possible about vaping so that I can get the most of of it!

★☆Thank you all!!☆★

How often do you"hit" your vape? - I'm pretty liberal with it... Often

Do you use it just like a cig? More or less? - Not really, Press the button, take a slow steady draw for 4-5 seconds, inhale - exhale.

How offten are you using the ecig? - Bit like your first question. Often.

Can you hit it too much? - If you go overboard it will catch up with you. You could feel queasy or get a headache. Your body knows when to stop & it's something you will learn pretty soon.

How long does it take to quit smoking completely? - That really is up to you. Don't pressure yourself. I can be done though & possibly easier than you think.

What products do you recommend for a noob like me? - As others have stated, kangertech evod starter kit from a reputable vendor. Have a look around this forum for e liquid recommendations to, there's a few points worth knowing about that.

Is there a guide to beginner? That way I can learn parts and etc.? - Apart from the wiki pages you can find a lot of friendly & helpful advise on here. If you are unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask, it's a great community here.

Hello mate :)
I'm new to Vaping too, but I just pick it up when I feel the need.
Sometimes I take a couple of draws a minute, and then I might not bother for 10 minutes or so!
I'm using about 1ml a day I'd say :)

If you smoked lights and half a pack a day, I would drop nic level to 8 and vape more.
I was a 10-15 a day smoker with long breaks between fags and I started on 18mg. The first 2 weeks I was sucking on my eGo like it was my lifeline. The 18mg juice made me feel dizzy with a weird pressure on my head. Similar to downing 3 vodkas on empty stomach. Dropped to 12mg and was fine. The lifeline sucking is dropping off now as well and I often don't have the first vape until 10 or 11 in the morning, but will vape a lot at home in the evening.

sorry about that i say fella all the time need to stop assuming it makes an ass out of u and me

God I love this place!
Anyway... Welcome MrzLozano!
You got some great advice there, all I could say is vape without guilt or worry. If you are getting too much or too little nic, your body will tell you. I also agree with getting your juices in 8mg with some 12mg for when you need to get thru a rough urge. You will eventually get used to the switch and it gets much easier... and often much quicker than you think!
And... if you "fall off the wagon" and grab for your cigs instead of the vape, don't be too hard on yourself. It's still a win considering all the cigs you didn't have!
Enjoy the journey!
