Ive recently purchased an itaste svd and I cannot get it to work. I insert the battery (fully charged) and click power button 3 times but it does not power up. Ive followed the instructions to the letter and have consulted youtube, but all videos ive seen show a different end cap to what I have. Mine has a spring. Im new to vaping so not sure as to where im going wrong. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Link for what you bought?

The SVD is telescopic, is your battery rattling around inside of it?

IMR 18350. No the battery is real snug. Because my end cap has a spring it doesn't allow the battery to rattle.

its a kit so comes with the batteries. ensure the batteries are nipple top end first, screw it up so it tightens with no rattle ( just use ONE battery ) then click 5 times. ignore the end cap that is the juice tank your refeerring too and theres a 1001 differnt ones you can put on the SVD.
i have xmax which is is simlar in design and sometimes find when turning it on i have to click 3 times slowly rather than 3 rapid clicks.

I don't mean the tank, sorry. I mean the very bottom cap, that you screw to the telescopic tube. I will add a picture if i can
