There has to be damage to the tank, preventing a vacuum forming. As it seems to be happening very quickly I'd guess it's where the coil screws in and the oil is leaking straight out.

As @Digbys has said, we have to swallow these things occasionally and move on - I have a shelf full of mods that gave up way before their time.

I personally would change all the orings with the spares your provided in the box.
