for those who wear glasses and have fogging issues with face masks, Could the type of face masks used by motorcyclists to stop their helmet vizors fogging up by directing the exhaled air down the neck be of any use?

You may need to add your own neck, ear or head straps as my old antifog mask was held in place by my lid and velcro against its linning.
Amazon product ASIN B00CLAP9FI
just an idea??

ps link is an example NOT a recommendation of product or seller, its been over 20 years since i was on 2 wheels for longer than 10 minutes.

Should last a while, enough for family and friends. I wasn't going to get caught out again, after not bothering to stock up via toolstation in January after deciding that I was being OCD about masks back then.

Tbh I'd put more trust in what you're wearing in your avatar.
Don't get me wrong those masks are better than nothing but so much air escapes from them and they get wet very quickly through breathing that I'm not convinced they're very efficient at all.
We get them at work but i find I'm putting a new one on nearly every hour.

I have ffp2 as well, but the heat and sweating leaves me blind, I have to wear glasses full time (obviously apart from when I'm asleep) for reading, shaded transition long distance, intermediate and those sunglasses that fit over reading glasses when outside, because of incoming cataracts and glaucoma. I cant abide varifocals, they are the work of the devil. I also have face shields but they steam up as well, I'm a sweaty old git.

Edit; Yes, the avatar set up will be good for winter use, I think we'll be wearing masks and shit for a long time, well, I will.

Vape shops, that could be interesting, a de facto ban on vaping in a vape shop, unless one makes a hole in the mask :hmm:

Edit; Plus, age related sales might be iffy, "Take your mask off please, so I can see your face."
