How often do you change your cotton?

im not sure if im a bit OCD with my cotton but I like my attys to be clean and fresh so I change my cotton and rinse my coil under the tap every day (had my coil in my Kennedy for 4 months now)
Im not sure if this is going over the top or not .
Just wondered how often do you cotton up ?

Once every week, every 2 weeks. If it's still clean I don't bother. If I'm using sweet juice I can change it every day but I try not to use sweet juice so much anymore.

Just whenever it needs done, its very satisfying nailing a wick n getting 60-100ml through it, doesn't happen that often, but when it does it's great.

Think my current tank has been done twice since lockdown started.
