How the hell do I take this apart

Says interchangeable, cant seem to find a way to take it apart, cant unscrew the bottom. anything

You don't - that is the battery. Don't try unscrewing it or pulling it as you will break the soldered wires inside.

Oooops took a quick look and thought it was an Ego style - you normally push the little button on the bottom and the base will drop out with a little pull.

Thats where Im having issues, no amount of force, while pressing the little button will make this bugger come out.

I think they probably mean the tanks/carto's are interchangeable and Battery is rechargeable

Mmmmmm it's not like you can get any WD40 in there either. I'm hoping that's why they're not cheap - if they've been lying somewhere for a while the battery may have leaked slightly and almost corroded itself to the base. I'm assuming you had it apart at some point though to charge the battery ?
