Disclaimer
This is my personal opinion; I was sent the device free of charge with the condition to return upon completion of my review period. The following sets of posts will be updated experiences over this time. I was not paid nor have I received any compensation in any form to review this product.
This device was provided by http://www.esmokeuk.co.uk/ that can be found in our Vendor’s Forum.

We were headed out the door to take little man to school as the postie came bobbing up the street. “Are you in 50?” he shouted as we loaded little into the car.
“Yes!” The other half replied.
“Good, don’t go anywhere just yet.”

Some junk mail and a brown padded envelope. At first I thought it couldn’t be the mod, it is very heavy, but popped into the car and opened it up. I cannot comment on the complete kit or package as I was only sent the body, nicely bubble wrapped and a Vision/CE4 carto to use with it. A user manual was tucked in, also with a note from Dave stating the unit uses FLAT TOPPED batteries! Good thing I have two!
I did pop my Senybor 2800mah nippled battery in, just to test…more on that later.

Without a battery the unit is weighty. It weighs roughly close to what my PapaR with 2 senybors, a glass tank with SS endcaps, weighs. The PapaR is a plastic housing. This is clearly some sort of heavier metal. I won’t be scraping the chrome away either to check. But it is solid and doesn’t feel cheap at all.
First up!

FINISH

I have never been a fan of Chrome because it mucks up really easily. The finish is smooth on this device, no bumpies that you can sometimes get with a chromed item. In the grooves, whether intentional or not, you can see the marks from the machining, however, I like these. They are only noticeable up close and personal and I think it does give the device a bit of character. Still as with all chrome devices, fingerprints aplenty! If I were to buy this, I would opt for the white or black finish on the bottom half.

BUTTON
Correct me if I am wrong, but the fire button feels metal as well, it sounds like it is when you tap it. So I will assume it is. There is an audible click when you press it, but not as loud as the click with a Lavatube or the Indulgence/Argento.

Battery Housing
In light of a recently released mod (no names) that was without vent holes and a sealed atty attachment, I was disappointed to see this mod lacking those vent holes. As a big battery mod, every precaution must be taken to ensure user safety.
To my delight as I removed the bottom battery cap, the vent holes magically appeared! They are hidden amongst the threading which I have photo’d here. Now here is where it gets nasty. *wink wink* Because of the vent holes being so conspicuous I was worried the housing might be air tight. So (Sorry E Smoke!) I had to give the mod a good hard blow up through the battery housing, tight lipped and all. I am happy to say whether this is intentional or not, there is escaping air from the module portion of the device as well as the vent holes in the bottom cap. So you do have top and bottom ventilation on this mod, they just aren’t noticeable which helps with visual conformity. The threads are smooth but a little tight. I think some kind of lubricant can sort that out. It does screw and unscrew very well. (Pull ya minds from the gutters!)
The device does not rattle about even with a battery inside of it. It is very solid.

Atty Connection/Juice Well

This Mod takes a 510 and an Ego threading. I am happy to say that the atty connection is sealed; this means no juice leaking into the electronics of the device. I am unsure if it is silicone or glue, but there is no air getting through from the atty into the battery housing. My puffed up chipmunk cheeks proved that!

Paired with my siam mods tank and a boge carto, the device looks really nice. However, there does have to be a little bit of a gap (super tiny one!) to allow air flow in, otherwise you get tight draw and no hit. I have also put the Cobra on it as well, while it is long, it is not cumbersome. The Cobra adds more weight to it as well. The vision looks ok on it too but I prefer the tanks.

I have yet to vape with this aside from a drag here and there to check for airflow from tanks and carto’s. I will update more information over the coming days.

My first impression pros and cons:
Pros
Personlly, I like the weight of the device, others may not like this.
The multiple ventilation points
Sealed Atty connection with 510/Ego Connection
Size for me is similar to the other bigger battery mods I have used. I have man hands so the bigger the better :P
The ability to use it as a weapon of mass destruction appeases the angry vaper in me
I like clicky buttons and this one is a happy medium between the louder Lavatube clicky and the Ego battery clicky.
Cons
I am not a fan of the chrome finish. Brushed or sandart finish would make this much more attractive to me. However, the device IS available in half n half white/chrome and black/chrome
Battery housing threads could be a little smoother, like I said before something like NoLax (is that right?) could sort it out in a jiffy.

I will read through the instructions tomorrow, have a play around with them, learn them and report back with more photos, video, and more of my ramblings!

Would I be right in thinking that it stands on its bum fairly wobbly free? I know that someone said in a review that the ZMax is a wobbler.

Wow....that is huge! I have an Argento and I thought they were biggish, but this dwarves it!

No wobble! It sits nice and solid on my desk, Ive knocked the PapaR over twice since posting this and this doesnt budge!

Grim, it is big and it is heavy. I wish I had a small set of scales so I could compare the weight more accurately. They heavy though, gives you a sense of quality and durability. It seriously outweighs the lavatube. if this fell on your toes, you would be hurtin!

I'm watching these posts with interest as I very nearly bought either this or the Zmax at the weekend until I saw that you would be testing it. I like the chrome finish, so can't wait to find out if it lasts or if it's going to rub off in my clammy paws. I've got to say, for the sake of £30, this is the favourite so far.

I am fiddling with the button controls now :) I'll have a write up by tomorrow morning and at some within the day a video showing how to do it.

I used to think my Silver Bullet was huge but I've just measured it and it is 11cm. I'm betting this beast is more like 13-14 cm.
