I have been travelling to Turkey every year for almost 10 years, love the place and people, hopefully this is hyped up nonsense, would be a travesty if vaping started dictating which countries we travelled to!

Not until later this year / early next year, the law still has to go through parliament.

As I have already said (see above)
Turkey is at the moment trying to get a law imposed banning vaping as President Erdogan hates both smokers, and vapers, and this is likely to come into force later this year.
