IGO-W strange coil issues

Ok so i build dual 0.8ohm coils on my IGO-W, everything's fine to start with but after a couple of days i notice a change. When i dry burn, one of the coils takes a lot longer to glow than the other. This has happened with the past 3 builds and i've checked all wires are secure and and posts are tight and there is no damage to either of the coils. Any ideas guys?

If they're micro coils they need a little pinch up with some tweezers just to even out the field a bit. If they're regular coils they might need the spaces tidying a bit.
When i build my micro's it happens every time until i finish tweaking them, they just need that little bit of attention.
If they still don't rectify after a tweak then it's just a case of sling a couple of new ones in.

Thanks @vaporsizer and @nikki from mars, it seems that it was a bit of both, Made sure that the distance to the posts was exactly the same and tweaked the coils and everything is going fine.
