What's new

I'm thinking of buying this.?

No can't be bothered, but you probably should, i'm just to lazy. I don't really get any funny flavour from it and when I do it goes after a few vapes. Hope you stick with the KLF , it is worth it when you get it going well

I dont even boil my cotton tbh. Maybr I should but I dont.

Just ensure it is wet before firing. Its easily pulled through the coil and once in it can easily be pulled from side to side. Riptrippers video covers it all.

I personally use the little blue handled screwdrivers that come with most clone attys as my coil mandrel but experiment and see what works for you.

Rebuildables are a learning curve, but its a worthwhile investment in time and effort as fas as I'm concerned, I simply don't get on with clearomisers as I like a very airy draw.

The advise I offer to anyone is its highly unlikely that the first vaping equipment you get will be bang on. It highly unlikely that if I gave you what I would consider to be bang on, you would agree, its as subjective as clothing or shoes or a choice of car.

All people can really offer are suggestions. As an example, aqua clones became available a couple of months back, many people bought them, along with the origin clone mod to make a hybrid set up.

Many were sold on quickly - people found them difficult to build on or just didn't get on with them.

The origin/aqua hybrid in 18650 mode is one of my recent acquisition's and onr of my favorite set ups full stop, I've not had a single problem with wicking, flavour is awesome, the origin mod I find great once I'd stripped and reassembled the switch (I did not modify anything, simply stripped it and reassembled it).

I paid no more for my set up than anyone else, its just it suits me and not others. Many swear by the kayfun, I think its a good design but it doesn't really suit me and not because of any fault with the device. All you can do is give things a fair go and learn from their short comings for you. As you try tjings you'll also become able to interpret reviewers findings in relation to yourself, I know if todd says a device is too airy, there's a chance I wont need to take a drill to it, if he says its just right for him, I'll more than likely have a test pull then use at least a 2mm drill bit. Todd likes small 18350 mods. I find them far too small to use and dont get on with 18350 cells at all.

That doesn't make either one of us right or wrong, it just means I can use todds reviews to gauge how I will take to a device.

I know your initial impressions of the KFL are not good but please don't be put off and stick with it.

Once you have a build which suits you it performs flawlessly.

Also stealthvapes supplies are awesome, this wouldn't be causing the poor performance.

If your using cotton as a wick do not try and flame the cotton or pulse the wick until the cotton is saturated in eliquid.

It will burn and fall apart and you will have to rewick it all over again.

For advice in cotton just by organic and you don't even need to boil it.

Also use the cotton sparingly as it's amazing how much it expands. You want it so you can easily slide it in and out of your coil without it getting stuck.

Stick with it, it will be worth it in the end!!

Time and patience is required to get the most out of RBA's. The good news is that it will all pay off in the end.

+1 for just using organic cotton as your wick. Normal cotton contains bleaching chemicals that I wouldn't trust personally.

+1 for Stealthvape. Def won't be their gear at fault.
