Who's using Inawera concentrates?

I made my first couple of batches just under 2 weeks ago - i'm up for being open about my recipes and stuff - be interested to hear from others regarding experiences, percentages and success stories with these flavourings.

I'll post my findings in dribs and drabs - would be a TLDR essay if i post it all in one go.

Considering it was my very first go, some of my recipes have come out quite well and the feedback i have had has been good (though i put a lot of research into it)

My fav so far has been coconut victoria sponge - coconut, sponge biscuit, strawberry, vanilla and maltol. will share the %s once i dig them out.

A lot of the mixes left a chlorine like taste in my throat in the first week or so but has disappeared now. Anyone else noticed that? Was concerned it was my bases, but might just have been too much flavouring??

Anyway, i thought it would be good to try and start a thread for those who use Inawera to share their experience/knowledge/recipes.

I love inawera flavours, their fruits are some of the best on the market. Very good value for money as most are great at around 3-5%

I've done a few reviews on inewara concentrates....In the Mixology section of the forum.

I'll get around to Inawera eventually, happy with Capella and DIY concentrates atm.

Ex-member name of Bryan123456789, or something, left some cracking Inawera reviews if you want to look for them at any point, with mix % recs, etc.
Blackcurrant and Bahraini Apple Gold being two stalwarts of my concentrates collection, I even did a recipe (w/ Inawera Eucalyptus & Blackcurrant) which I have to use again, I may have put it in the forum recips page, Sheriff Of Dottingham, about two years ago, really good for a cold or vaper tongue.
Value and flavour abounding. Them and Mom & Pops, s'all you need (mainly).

Shitcakes, not there anymore, anyway, it was something like 9% Blackcurrant, 5% Eucolyptus, and 5% Arctic Frost, all Inawera.
Roughly. I need to experiment again, it seems.

Defo seems a bit high on the combined menth hit there, to my mind.
Probs about 3% with each of those...or whatever to taste, maybe my tastes have changed. I'm rambling like a Scotsman with a weird-shaped head in a shed.

agreed - my first batch was accidentally made up at about 5% (was aiming for 10% but got drop measure wrong) and a lot of them are pretty close to the right amount.

I keep hearing that US premo juices are using up to 30% flavour, but i also understand that Inawera are about 2x stronger than CAP and TPA etc.

My second batch came out at around 10% and they are very strong.

So i dropped 1ml of INA flavouring into a syringe today and it turns out that 58 drops from the 10ml bottles is 1ml. I had previously assumed it was around 25 (hence my miscalculations.)

Yeah, i've read all of his too i think.

You liking moms and pops? is it good for some of those american style flavours Inawera don't do?
