Who's using Inawera concentrates?
I made my first couple of batches just under 2 weeks ago - i'm up for being open about my recipes and stuff - be interested to hear from others regarding experiences, percentages and success stories with these flavourings.
I'll post my findings in dribs and drabs - would be a TLDR essay if i post it all in one go.
Considering it was my very first go, some of my recipes have come out quite well and the feedback i have had has been good (though i put a lot of research into it)
My fav so far has been coconut victoria sponge - coconut, sponge biscuit, strawberry, vanilla and maltol. will share the %s once i dig them out.
A lot of the mixes left a chlorine like taste in my throat in the first week or so but has disappeared now. Anyone else noticed that? Was concerned it was my bases, but might just have been too much flavouring??
Anyway, i thought it would be good to try and start a thread for those who use Inawera to share their experience/knowledge/recipes.
