i've just made up my 3rd and 4th batch of all my Inawera flavours and i think i'm pretty close to getting them right. I started off at 7-10% having got my drop count wrong - have since dropped to 5% and the flavours are great.

I'm going to do a full review of the 12 flavours i've tested this weekend. Ive also made half a dozen successful recipes which i will share.
