Hello there everyone, i got an innokin adept zlide for about 1month now. It came with the 0.48 and 1.6 coils and i later on bought a pack of 0.8 coils. From what i've been reading, the mod automatically detects the coil to give you the best wattage. On the 0.48, it gives me 14-17w as selection, as it should be. For the 1.6, it's 11-14w. Now today, i just put the 0.8 coil and it's showing 11-14w. Is that a problem or something i did wrong? Thank you for the replies.

Not familiar with your kit but the wattage seems reasonable. How does it vape?

Theoretically the adept will set to 11-14w for anything over 1ohm and 14-17w for anything below. Have you tried it with just the one 0.8 coil or is this happening with a few? As mentioned above it's really all about the vape, if you are happy between 11w-14w then it doesn't really matter.

Apparently i might have either not put in the coil properly from what i read somewhere else. I had to look on google for hours lol. I didn't want to vape on it with a different wattage from what i should be just in case.

I didn't want to try it but i looked everywhere on google and i found one person saying that sometimes it might be because the coil wasn't seated in correctly and i did it, tried to wipe a bit around in the airflow ring since it's that what seals the coil in place and yeah it started showing the correct wattage the the 0.8 coil.
