Kayfun lite leaking?

The whole beauty of the kfl is that it is really simple

I was assuming it was the same kettle of fish, but I'm a massive fan of simple. Hmm, not the answer I wanted. I was after a "Sure Dave, you can get just the same buzz from a cheapy £20 bit of metal". :D Damn. I love flavour too and it oozes class.

Simple and taste and good looking? I don't know how both me and the lite would get along in the same room. whistle.gif

Well I do have my rainy day slush fund hidden away, the wife must never know.

Sorry :) I don't mean to lead you astray. On the plus side though-if you get one and for some bizarre reason you didn't like it you would easily sell it and get back most of your money. It's a shame I'm a nervous driver or I would pop over your way and let you have a play with it.

Nah, it's just the first time I'm going to spend more than a tenner on something which will sit on top of a battery and hold juice. I've just watched Todd's review it just confirms what the heart wants.

It will solve your genny hassle in a flash

Ill be honest, I've come across no cheaper alternative that's as good. The spheroid is as awesome, but in a different way and is more expensive.

the closest thing are the dream v2s but while they are half the price and awesome for the money, they are more frustratin to get right, and when they are right still don't match up

If you're after a cheaper alternative the russian 91% is basically identical to a KFL. It's about the same price though so personally I'd rather get the original one as the savings aren't enough. The 91% has the airflow adjustment in it and the KFL doesn't.

I got a Kayfun standard version cos they had sold out of KFL by the time I got there and it's awesome. It doesn't leak and the fill valve is the canines cojones, am not sure it's worth the extra £40 asking price though and it's longer and heavier.

Personally I am very happy to spend extra on a couple of higher end atomisers as I think it makes much more of a difference to the vape quality than buying a high end PV with a cheaper atomiser (I have a spheroid and a KF and they live presently on top of a well worn vamo and in my awesome pipe)

I get just as good a vape though to be honest from my octopus and my IGO-L drippers (especially my micro coiled IGO) it's a bunch more hassle to setup and I'm not a fan of dripping every few drags and both my drippers seep liquids out of the air holes on occasion.

I get almost as good a vape out of a terminator tank.

Since I got my KF though most often that's what I'm vaping.

I've been humming a harring for a couple of weeks @VaperCaperhttp://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/forums/member.php/7610-VaperCaper about the value of getting one. I know I can rely on build quality but I didn't realise how simple the KL was until yesterday. I assumed it was as problematic as setting up an Ithaka, discovering exactly the opposite has tipped me over the edge and from everything I've read the only downside seems to be from people who haven't set up the wick adequately.

The only problem I face now is whether to order it today or in a fortnight and how to hide it from wifey.

Wife excuses 101

1: it was a tenner
2: a mate gave me it

Also, ask C9V to send you an electronic invoice only... And not in the envelope :D

You won it in a Potv prize draw ;)
update on the leak this morning. I tightened the screw way tighter than I would ordinarily do (my engineer OH goes mad when people over tighten things which is why I'm always careful) and this morning it is bone dry. Not too sure if I can get it open again but at least it's not leaking, lol!

For a second I wondered where the prize draw thread was - I'm really beginning to worry about me.
