What's new

kf mini v3 cloned already

From a Vaping perspective and simplicity of build and use, I prefer it to a UTA. The big winner for me over the Toot is that you have a better Juice Control which works far better. Flavour wise I'd have to say it's damn close.
Obviously its smaller capacity may put some off, but hey, that just TPD preparation. The Toot has more Airflow available from what I recall, but as I never used mine wide open, for me, it's not an issue.

Bear in mind that these are only my observations, no one else's, so others may have different ideas.;)

I have one and two more on the way! I just love this thing, for my style of vaping it is fabulous. I can see most of my other tanks except maybe the Ubertoot and a couple of Goblin minis going in the redundant drawer!!

Mind you I have just picked up my MVP3 with a Taifun GT full with custard and realised I probably use this in the house more than anything, It lasts so long but feels like a brick!!

Certainly looks the part on the Scarab 18500 :2thumbsup:

Well Rob, they certainly do have a mod on Slowtech called a Scarab, unfortunately it looks not much like yours.

But while we are on the subject, what are the benefits of having no top pin on a mod?

Ahhhh, The Scarab does have a Pin in the 510, my error as I believe I suggested it was a Hybrid in an earlier thread?
Personally, I prefer to have that bit extra between the RTA/RDA and the Battery, however, I do also have Hybrid Mods, where your Atty connects direct to the battery, the main differences being that (a) the Mod's over all height is decreased very slightly and (b) the connectivity is improved by removing any extra parts between the Battery and the Atty's 510 connection.

All of which is fine........ unless your atty doesn't have the 510 Pin protruding from the thread. Then you have a recipe for disaster with a Hard Short and a Venting Battery.

As I said, I prefer that additional bit of safety between the Battery and the Atty's 510 connection.:2thumbsup:
