Hi guys I'mew to the forum and would like to share a bit of my knowledge from my other pass time of RC aircraft (I'm not gong to bore you to tears with that).
I've been using Lithium Polymer or LiPo batteries for a few years no and noticed they're being used in vaping batteries. To begin with I'll say they are just about THE most advanced and affordable battery on the market at the moment, putting out huge power and taking fast charges. However if you are charging them they should never be left alone and can go bad quite easily if miss treated.
To begin with they like to be stored (If left for any period) at half charge otherwise the battery can start to swell and become unstable. They should also be charged at around about the same milliamp hour as per the size of the battery, so a 1100 battery should be charged at 1.1 amps or less to be kind, this way it will last a lot longer.
Another thing I've found with a lot of vaping batteries are that they are enclosed in a metal case, making it hard to see any signs of a bad battery i.e. swelling. Not only does enclosing it make it hard to see but can potentially turn it into a small pipe bomb! I have read 1 story online of one "going off" in someone's house and causing damage. If you want to see what one of these things can do watch this:

This said they are amazing and will serve you well with a little caution, you can get a "LiPo safe bag" which in the event of fire or explosion will help to cause minimal risk or damage. They are just really a fire proof bag that cost around £5, I would recommend one to anyone as it could set fire to your house or worse.
Ok a bit of a morbid first post but I don't really want to hear any horror stories!
Take care guys.
