I'm not mate, I'm using Ni80 wire but I can't find a profile for Ni80 anywhere so I'm using Ni200 instead. I'm not sure of the pros and cons of doing this but it seems to work fine.
I'm looking at some stainless steel coils due to the lower nickel content in them, I'm not sure if I've got a very slight nickel allergy due to an increase in migraines when using the Ni80 coil.

Just stick to wattage with Ni80, its TCR is soooo low I doubt the mod would do TC with it anyway.

I've been using it between 35 and 60 watts. Would you say that 60W is too high for Ni80?

So your mod's just firing at 60 watts. N80 is not a TC controllable wire, so it does not need any special material profile.

Ni80 in the right coil shape can go considerably higher, I use Ni80 flatwire in my mechs.
