Miffed at fasttech

Yay deflated again lmao.. 16 days in transit now..

28 days for me.

Fasttech advised me today to a) pop into my local Post Office and ask them where the package is. Quite how Norman is going to discover the answer is beyond me. Maybe they know Norman is some kind of parapsychic or somesuch?

and b) phone Parcelforce. Now, I've had two deliveries and both came by hand courtesy of Royal Mail. I sincerely doubt Parcelforce are aware of the situation regarding RM's mail delivery.

I'm now at the stage of demanding immediate replacement order or refund. Tomorrow I'll start a PayPal recovery.

Hey guys n gals guess what??? Yep no vamo again.. im either going to have a smoke or go down vape shop and pay through the nose for a mod!!!!!

After a month of no delivery I have been told to contact Parcelforce.

Quite why Fasttech think they will have any answers seeing as Fasttech do not use Parcelforce is a bit perplexing. I informed them that they do not use Parcelforce and they said they are going to contact the HK post office to find out where it has gone. I informed them that the package is listed as having landed in the UK and therefore the HKPO will not be able to help. Twenty fours hours and still no response.

They have refused to send a replacement, refund me or issue a credit note.

When the delivery arrives and the product works Fasttech is worth every penny saved, especially to those of us at the beginning of our vaping journey who will are still learning what products suit us best. Low cost items which don't work aren't worth returning as the postage costs come to more than the thing was worth. The trouble is that Fasttech wash their hands when deliveries which go missing. I'll be contacting Paypal to see if I can get my money back that way.

I hope this comes across as a balanced summary of my experience, the price can not be beaten, but it will be the last time I comment on the company I shall not be using again.

Mawsley,
Any luck with the one that you ordered on Sat 8th and it was sent on Sunday 16th?
