Ordered on the 18th?
Destination - United Kingdom
The item (RT182405020HK) will leave Hong Kong for its destination on 28-Jun-2013

Well, this feels a bit weird, because I am firmly in @Mawsleys camp on this one, but I am only upset and angry at myself. This is my order history.

Order 1 - ordered 03/06/13 - dispatched 04/06/13 - Received 11/06/13
Order 2 - ordered 03/06/13 - dispatched 05/06/13 - NOT YET RECEIVED
Order 3 - ordered 03/06/13 - dispatched 10/06/13 - NOT YET RECEIVED
Order 4 - ordered 03/06/13 - dispatched 10/06/13 - NOT YET RECEIVED
Order 5 - ordered 05/06/13 - CANCELLED 16/06/13 - AWAITING REFUND
Order 6 - ordered 06/06/13 - CANCELLED 16/06/13 - AWAITING REFUND
Order 7 - ordered 16/06/13 - dispatched 18/06/13 - NOT YET RECEIVED

Now I appreciate I have purchased from China, and expect a delay, but 3,4,5 & 6 were well outside of the quoted dispatch time, and no communication to say they were going to be delayed.

The tracking is just a farce. It can take 5 or 6 days to show up on Hong Kong post, and once it has hit the air, tracking is over until received. Now what is the point of offering a tracked service, if you can only see the record once it has been delivered, that really defeats the object and is about as useful as lipstick on a pig.

Oh, and the order I did receive included 2 x eVods, both binned as they just leaked everywhere, and were not even compatible with the UK heads, and the UK plug adapter, was DOA.

I appreciate that its all horses for courses, and fair play to all the people who have had no issues or problems at all, but China is just not for me :)

I thought I would update this post :)

Its been 6 days now, and I have received the PayPal refunds for the 2 orders I cancelled, unfortunately I have not received anything else.

Also order 7, is still not showing on HK post tracker :(

Oh well, live and learn :)

Anyone advise me how the fecking post tracker works?

I have a reference number, I have a link from fast tech.

The box for the reference doesn't accept the whole flipping order number which makes it as much use as a rubber johnny at a eunuchs convention!

Am i missing summat?

My order has not changed.. says left HK on 16th still and thats it.. ive sent a message saying i dont want a refund i want anevic and i will pay the odds and pay for speedpost.. lets see what they say to that. It is frustrating knowing others who order after have gotten theres already and they dont seem to understand where im coming from lol.. Fingers crossed they say yes to evic..

When the tracking actually works, you click on the tracking number and when it takes you to the next page it will say something like "The item (RT180722988HK) arrived at its destination country on 17-Jun-2013.". You don't have to copy / paste the tracking number into the box ;)
The one time I have got tracking information to show up, my Vamo arrived the very next day.
When tracking information does show, you get another box where you can choose the UK as a destination and it takes you to the parcel force website.
Again, that seems to be pretty useless. My Vamo was delivered over a week ago but when I put in the tracking number on the parcel force website, it tells me that information is not updated straight away and to come back in a few days. I'm waiting for an SVD. Another package that was shipped on the same day, arrived yesterday. It's rather worrying!!

As Doc_Gonzo says if you click on the link it will track the item providing it's been scanned. If you want to paste other item references you have to click the Enquire another item link and then paste the reference in there.
