It wouldnt of. Yesterday it would of said being prepared to leave Hong Kong for its destination. They are very careful how its worded.

No, they wait until there is available space. This form is shipping is given low priority, so can only be exported when there is enough space.

The majority of these orders are actually shipped on a Sunday, as that is the one day where not a lot of packets/parcels are dispatched from other companies, resulting in more space.
