Start with a couple of phono connectors to make 510 connector.



Check Ohmms.



Wire in temporary switch and LED.



Test.



Ready made variable voltage from car adaptor.



Find suitable box.

Hard wire Fuse, switch and regulator.



Fit into foam in box.




Finished article.




Vapes really good on 4.7 volts.

Great homebuilt job ! what was that you soldered to the phono connector a satellite cable end ???

I took the female RCA and cleaned out all the internals so I was only left with outer sleeve. I then dremeled the hole till it was a perfect match for atomiser 510 screw end. I also put a fine slit in end of sleeve to allow the atomiser to screw in. I then used the male RCA inserted into other end of sleeve to make the + centre pin. I then spot glued them together then soldered to make joint perfect.

Hope that's clear.

It works really well and is a solid fitting.
