To be defamation of character the statement needs to be false. He sold fake chargers, was called out on it & couldn't prove he didn't. How is that defamatory. Who's the lawyer Scratchit & Pickit or Sodit & Scarper?

Did he deliberately sell fake chargers?
Or were they supplied by one of his suppliers? Maybe he thought they were genuine.
He has been getting totally slagged off and accused of wrongdoing etc when he might not actually be guilty of anything.

I'm not disputing they were fakes only whether he would have known.

i would say that if he isnt able to identify a fake charger from an authentic one he shouldnt be selling them at all

If he didn't he proved he's not a responsible vendor as he didn't check his stock. Fake Nitecore have been in circulation for ages so he should have done his homework, bought from verified resellers & checked stock. If it had been a one off or isolated incident he wouldn't have got the backlash he did. There's history of him selling fakes before so he didn't learn his lesson there.

You need to read the whole thread and see how many lies there is from Josh, first one was he doesn't sell fakes , this proven he changed his mind and admitted it. lots of other lies in the thread. Plus he was abusive towards people and bragged about how he was so rich thus rubbing salt in the wounds. Other vendors where bailing him out because he did not want to refund or replace, when he decided to replace he sent out fakes to replace fakes, he also tried to off load the chargers to other vendors
