Yes he has told us that he has no win no fee lawyers taking this on. This is the first time he has contacted us to say there is content on the site that is wrong / damaging so we have asked for examples of content that he feels is wrong. We are always happy to investigate and remove incorrect information so as soon as he lets us know what is wrong we will look into it, this is not a problem. What we don't do though is cave into bullies who threaten us with lawyers. Sometimes this is used as a tactic to try and bury bad things that happen with businesses, they try and cover their tracks and take down negative info about them. Pretty shabby practice to try and do things like this but not unexpected to be honest. Happy to stand up in court and show the judge where it is proven that he has lied to customers, hidden content on his FB page (nothing from FB is ever really deleted and I am sure they can resurrect the posts he made and our posts which he took down if needs be). Yes, we have full backs ups of the DB so can show the info that was up here previously. We have the initial emails from Adrian1976 etc. This all covers him sending out fakes, lying, trying to cover his tracks and also trying to clear out negative trust pilot reviews. Happy to defend this if it comes to it.
