Need an American helper/friend - please for liquids etc

Got a good friend of mine who is in Florida and I want to get him started vaping.

He's still smoking despite having had a bypass op (nuts or what?). He's 30 something so defo HAS to stop the stinkees.

I can manage to get the kit off ebay for him but where to go for liquids please?

My dad is in the states and I had to jump through friggin hoops to get him a kit because of battery restrictions for overseas shipping... anyways! My dad got his kits, hes not had a cig since the 19th...
