Need guestemate on menthol %

Hey all. Need an 18mg 50/50 menthol but not sure how much menthol conentrate to use?
Menthol is from vapemate and they recommend 15-20%.
I'm sensetive to vaping or smoking menthol. And what i've read is menthol is quite strong. Any suggestions welcome. Will round the suggested % out.

I'd say start with a small tester at a very low strength (1%?) and try it, then work your way up from there. At least it's shake and vape!

Well just had my first experiment of Diy with menthol.
5g of menthol crystals in 20ml of pg for my concentrate.
Decided to try it so made 60ml of 70vg 30pg with 15% menthol. Strong but bloody lovely. If only I could stop it recrystalising in the high vg mix

I tried out a new recipe last night - making a Lemon and Key lime menthol cake

I slightly over filled the bottle so I used a dropper to suck some out and vaped it straight away - it was a bit sickly from the lime but the menthol was lovely. Vaping it today after standing the mix overnight and shaking it a few times was delicious
