The video made me chuckle from about the 5:50 mark.He states that it isn't a tobacco product(neither are e-liquids)so doesn't fall under any of the restrictions(tell the EU)That it isn't an NRT so no medical licencing.....unless it's the UK where the medical money-grabbers want their pay cheques.

I'll not try them as they're overpriced SNUS type products.
