So I think this'll be a work in progress, as I'm a lil tipsy. But bear with me.
Over the last three years I've used Ecigs on and off
Initially, it was atomisers and batteries from intellicig and different variations including the tornado's from totally wicked.
I progressed to Kanger Protank II's with different 18mg liquids, mostly dekang stuff. I had one Vamo that served me well
I managed to quit cigarettes for 4 months with the 18mg liquids, until I got a bad cold / cough and for the life of me, I couldn't vape at all. So I went back to cigarettes.
Fast forward to the last 12 months and I still smoked but between 2 to 10 a day, but I was getting into :
I was back down to 2 - 5 ciggies a day for a few weeks while using the above but it gradually crept up . I think it was the fad of sub-ohm and shinyitis. It gradually wore off.
I spent a sh*tload on wire. batteries, tanks, and other items. I won't even recount all of it as it'd make me cry
Anyway, in the last few days, I realised I was smoking 10-12 ciggies again, compared to 2 - 5 a few months ago with all the shiny's/
I pulled out some 18 mg coffee liquid, my old vamo and a Protank II , fired it up at 11 watts . My cravings have nearly totally gone. Yes I've had 3 ciggies today (two with my wake up coffee and one after my dinner). But I see it as a back to basic's winning battle.
All the new fangled *state of the art* stuff is off to the side. I'm with 18mg Nicotine, a 2 year old Vamo and a Protank II at 1.3 ohms (meh you sub-ohmers!)
I guess my point is that you don't need to get into the hype (and cost) of all the new uber-duber tanks, batteries, mods, liquids etc. Sometimes the simplest things that started helping us get off cigarettes is what you need to get you moving in the right direction.
PS: I just ordered the black and white versions of the SuBox. Will someone please take my credit card?!?!?!?!?

Fast forward to the last 12 months and I still smoked but between 2 to 10 a day, but I was getting into :
- Taifun GT clones (always leaked after half the tank was gone).
- Kanger Subtanks
- RDAs (clones and expensive originals) - tbh I blame the apes here for that
- Sigelei 50w
- IPV Mini 70w
- Vamo that fired lower ohm coils.
- Specialist liquid, especially since I used the subtank, I moved to 6mg nicotine
