NEW Leather mod sheath / sleeve GIVEAWAY !!! oooohhh page 10

I tried the saddle it looked too messy the leather is to fine but a blanket or whip stitch was a possibility messed around with it and the whip stich looked good
I bet the whip stitch did look good, and what you say makes sense about the saddle stitch. I hope you didn't mind me saying that - I think your work is beautiful :)

Stunning work vapesmarter. And your pic' s brought back memories of the estate near Newbury I used to look after. The big question is which Charles Bronson movie was it. I'm partial to Mr majestyk and the original mechanic. But any charlie Bronson movie cheers me up.

I've turned down her a form its 23mm wide x 120mm long (ish) it used to be a broom handle which is now 120mm shorter

IMG_2124.JPG

now sew up a pieace of leather inside out top bottom folded over

IMG_2125.JPG

glue and clamp

IMG_2127.JPG

turn it inside out (not as easy as it sounds)

slip it over a vape goo bottle which is 22mm wide

it fits well it does with a bit of persuasion as I said its tight but tight is good

its not easy to make as its so dam small the process is simple but the case is small

comments and conclusions apes

Looking superb again. [emoji7] I'm looking forward to seeing what's next, I can't work out how you'll seal off the bottom of the sleeve. I assume that turning it back inside out was a mission in itself. [emoji51]

Keep up the great work fella. [emoji106][emoji108]

im not happy about the stitching the leather is folded back top and bottom which is fine but the center seam is good until it meets the folded top and bottom (if you follow my drift) what I will do in the coming days is do a cross stitch.

a what ? "cross stitch" yes we all have one well some will. if you have a leather steering wheel on your top of the range Chelsea tractor (i wish) look at the wheel see the stitching that's a cross stitch

i have some red wax tiger thread on its way to me so red and black proper Porsche colour scheme...
