New Vaper from Stockholm , Svvveden ;)

G'day everyone,
I've been a long time Swedish Snus user but thought it would be fun to try a new nic delivery system , so I took the proverbial plunge and bought a Kanger Evod start kit ( 2 x 650Mah plus evod clearomisers) and a bunch of 12 & 18 mg e liquids.

Enjoying the experience so far but a couple of weeks in and i'm getting the much mentioned itchy wallet shinyitus impulses so would appreciate any feedback from those who have been there done that

I do find that my throat is very dry even though i drink water constantly ( about 3L a day i'm guessing)I'm finding the 18 mg gives me an ok throat and lung hit , but the 12 mg doesnt quite hit the spot...although i'd like to use vaping to get of the nic eventually , i'll probably stick with the 18 mg for the time being.

The thing I like about the kanger 650mah and evod set up is the 'discrete' and stylish slim look , so i'm thinking about buying something similar. I've read that the VV can be good to find the elusive 'sweet spot' and give a better T&L hit (?)

Some questions I have though are:
by uping the voltage and getting a better hit , is that then going to use more juice and thus increase the nic consumption? If so is it effectively the same as just buying a higher nic liquid for my fixed 3.7v kanger battery?

I'm looking at perhaps buying the ego C twist 650Mah with Vision Mini nova clearomiser from Vape Escape. I reaslise it's probably fairly similar to what i have but thought maybe the VV and a different clearomiser might at least be enough to tip the scales in favour of vaping

Anyway , any comments and suggestions welcomed and appreciated

if you want slim, try a kanger mini protank, you wont go far wrong with one of them, and maybe an ego twist, you get the vv then, and keep the slim look.

Some of us are just embarking on the Snus journey.

You are right, VV/VW devices give you lots more options, and will allow you to tailor the settings to your taste. The only VV/VW that I know is near the size of an eGo, is the itaste V3.

Also, a fellow countryman Niked, frequents this forum, and really knows his onions! I dont know the availability in your part of the world.

Have you got any Swedish Match to trade?!

I like the look of both the ego twist and the itaste V3 so either of those would do the job , aesthetically speaking . At a quick glance they seems fairly similar in price , but the itaste has the VW along with the VV ....is this worthy addition for someone keen to slip in to comfortable trainer pants but not ready for the big boy pants? .

Would the kanger mini protank, my exisiting EVODs and Vivi nova mini tank[FONT=Georgia, Times New Roman, Times, serif] all work with either of these? And if so what would your recommended combination be?
Finally , probably a stupid Q but is there any other bits of kit that I would need with these or are they good to go ( do the batteries always come with a charger?)

What VW does is give you your desired end result of power irrespective of what reistance your ohms are, and battery level. A bit like driving an automatic vehicle, it selects the gear for you, if that makes sense.

No, I am not looking to move at all, just looking to add to the armoury of alternative nicotine replacement methods. There are times when Vaping is not appropriate, so by using snus, its discrete and I am still getting my nicotine fix.

The itaste V3 has both 510 and ego threading, so everything you have mentioned will fit

The Twist and spinner are the same type of product and again everything you have mentioned will fit

agree re the snus , I wouldn't be brave enough to show my face in public yet in Sweden with a big in yer face mod, so will carry snus around as a back up. After many years of snus use ( started it to give up the ciggies), I still really dont like the taste and it's really only all about the nic for me. I've missed letting my lungs get in on the action
I guess theres no definative proof yet though as to whether vaping is better of worse than snus, as the vaping does still involve inhaling in to the lungs, though the snus is still tobacco, hmmmm
