Nicotine strength & Mod ?

Been smoking 10-15 roll ups a day for about 7 years and just recently switched to vaping 3 weeks ago. Endura T22 with 18mg Black Note tobacco liquid and haven't had the urge for a fag at all. Would highly recommend the T22 and also a good quality tobacco juice. I think I will step down to 12mg when I order my next back of liquids.

. Regarding nicotine strength I personally would start at 18mg. I was smoking like you, 15/18 Mayfair a day and I found 18mg hit the spot, after about 2weeks I went to 12mg. I would advise like the other have starting at 18mg as the last thing you want is to not be getting enough of a hit from it.

Black Note Sonata is what I'm using at the moment. I've just bought the Black 'Notebook' which is a box with a sample variety of their flavours. I've heard Prelude is really nice too, a bit lighter/sweeter. I just bought mine from https://www.vapour.co.uk/ but I'm sure there are plenty of outlets.

I just read reviews/ratings for best tobacco e-liquid and Black Note is always high up there. It is expensive but I was willing to spend more for high quality juice to keep me off the cigs. And so far its been easier than I ever imagined, no desire for a cig when you're getting your nicotine fix from a high quality e-cig+liquid. Will definitely be trying some more brands out though - the choice is mind-boggling!

I've tried some fruity flavours but don't think I'm a fan of them. Bit too sickly sweet for me. I think tobacco will be my base flavour, I intend to try all the ones with a subtle hint of caramel/vanilla/coconut etc.

Thank you all for the advice I am ever so grateful for your excellent help, I am slowly but surely getting to grip with it.

I am undecided between the T22 and the Aspire K2, the K2 has a smaller tank, 2 mil and battery 1200 mAH, but it is lighter and less bulky to carry around. The T22 has a 4mil tank and 2000 mAH battery.

I know one can't just give an exact estimate, there are many factors that have to be considered, but as a general rule using a 1.5/1.8 coil:
1 - How many 'moderate' Mouth to Lung cig like puffs you get from a 2 mil tank 70/ 30, 50/50 juice ?
2 - How many similar puffs a 1200 mAH battery can cope with?

Basically I would not want to run out of juice when I am out (or need to refill), or battery power before the end of the day, as mentioned in my first post I smoke 15/18 a day.

Also are the coils ready available and about the same in price for both models?

Generally speaking the T22 should last all day on both battery and juice whereas the K2 would need recharging and refilling once during the day.

If you're undecided on nic strength, get some 18mg and some 6mg ... you can easily mix the two together in proportions to drop it down to 15, 12 or 9mg
Also, you can vape the 18mg at peak demand, then drop down to 6mg in the evenings so it doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Thanks to the help from this forum it is amazing how much and how quickly I have cleared out so much confusion and feel much more confident. Made the learning curve a much smoother enjoyable experience.
