Can anyone recommend a battery charger for a nipple top 21700?

I have the Xtar VC4SL and it's got probably 10mm of wiggle room with a flat top 21700 in there, and it wlll take 4 at a time.

Thanks. I should also say i'm looking for cheapy cheapy as it just for a Ledlenser saftey helmet light battery that i've lost the charge lead for. Useful to know though @hack400, if all else fails Xtar brand should work.
