Not even a begginer, how start?

Hello All, as far I go through vaping, I decided to try do my first mod. I will try to go for single battery mod (18650), with dna75 from stabilised wood and I aim to do with shape similiar to ultroner alieno which wont be easy I guess.
Sooo, which tools I should buy to start my journey, I living in the flat so the best will be the smallest tools.
Looking for necessary tools which I can bore in the block of wood to make a shape What I want, every tool I need to do my first mod.
Every tutorial, video, instructions, for begginers, links with parts will be great
for me how to start

Guessing you'd need a bench mounted pillar drill as an absolute minimum . various sanders /Dremel/ micro screwdrivers /soldering kit

That'll maybe cover the "Dremel "element .you'll not be able to drill a battery tube with that ...all depends ofc what your expectations are ...

Milling machine
Lathe

My ultroner fall down from 10cm on the ground and electronic kaputt, thats why I decided to do myself…..

Do You know +\- cost of theese tools? Because Im looking on milling machine and prices are from 100 pounds to 5k xD
