I bought one of these last week, never even tried an rta before nevermind built anything. Anyway I used the coils that came with it and wicked it. I noticed that if I have 3 drags in not particularly quick succession I get a burnt taste. Ive re wicked it twice since and tonight ive re-done the hole build including making some coils myself and its still the same. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Ive not packed the cotton in the juice holes tight but the cotton is quite tight going through the coils, could this be a reason?

Yep try less wick through the coils, it should have a slight tension when you pull it through, trim the ends of the wick so that it just fits into the juice holes but isn't packed tight...

less is more really with these, its scarey the amount of wick i trim off but it works lol

Ignore the pictures on the piece of card that come with it. They show cotton packed in the juice channels and protruding out nearly. just nto the juice channels so you can see it through the hole... careful when screwing on to your mod as you might close the juice control, check its open...

Ive just rewicked making the cotton much slacker through the coils and its worked a treat. Thanks all
