Ouch...Hot hot hot hot hot...

Kayfun Lite + Zmax V3 - everything good
Trident + Private V2 clone - everything good
Kayfun Lite + Private V2 clone - everything not good.

Pinky-pressed the button and it became hotter than a hot thing on a hot day on the surface of the sun. Clearly a short but where?

I returned the KFL to the Zmax and the Trident to the PV2 and everything worked again normally.

There's nothing inside the PV2 which could short the terminals, the head is fine.

I'm very, very confused. More so than normal. Ideas from engineery and non-engineery types welcome because I'm either missing the bleeding obvious or have a poltergoose.

Try not screwing the kfl on so tight?

Wonky centre pin on the v2, or moving over when pressed down?

+1 on stealthvape, Has to be issues with the centre pin on the PV2, check that its central and also just for jollies check that is not that fraction too wide that it catches on the Kayfun, there isnt much clearance between the centre screw and the outer wall...
