Almost an hour spent, my fingers are too fat to type on such a small screen, then it asked me to log in and I can't remember my account name or password......

Can I just use carrier pigeons instead?

Ok, got to the install bit and it asks me to choose a device, when I select my phone, it says 'no eligible devices for app install'

I guess I'm using something too old for this to work on? After much huffing and puffing from OH he says I'm on Firmware version 2.2.

So I think it's definitely back to the pigeons! I was so looking forward to joining the 20th century at last
